Janet's memory lives on.......

Janet Fraiser was an extraordinary person. She was kind, and funny, and talented. Above all, she was courageous. Try as I might, I could not find the words to honour her, to do justice to her life. Thankfully I got some help. While words alone may not be enough, there are some names that might do. We often talk about those that give their lives in the service of their country, and while Janet Fraiser did just that, that's not what her life was about. The following are the names of the men and women who did not die in the service, but who are in fact alive today because of Janet. Major Samantha Carter. Dr Daniel Jackson. Colonel Jack O'Neill. As many of you know the character that Teryl had played for 7 years and became world renown for departed the show late in season 7.

Therefore I have created this part of the site to remember the many Janet Fraiser moments that have made us laugh, cry and thankful for what we have.

Andy's aka Doofy

Andy's favourite episode(s): "Heroes" pts 1 & 2, "2010", "Lifeboat" and "Meridian".

Andy's favourite Teryl moment(s): The needle scene in "Foothold"; the expression is priceless and the "seduction" scene & waving of gun in "Hathor".

What makes Teryl special to you?: I would just like to thank you because if it wasn't for you I would never have watched Stargate SG-1. I saw you at your first con in 1999 and at many others since. Your enthusiasm has been an inspiration to everyone.

Muffin's

Muffin's favourite episode(s): "Lifeboat".

Muffin's favourite Teryl moment(s): My faviourite line is from the episode "Lifeboat" it is "I don't give a damn, you don't belong in that mans body and I intend to take it back!"

What makes Teryl special to you?: I think after meeting Teryl what makes her special is the way that she is towards her fans. She wants to include each and every one of them she wants to make their day just a great as hers. I was thankful for that as it was my first con experience.

Cazz's

Cazz's favourite episode(s): "Hathor"

Cazz's favourite Teryl moment(s): Testing Jack with the pen light in "Window of Opportunity" and kicking ass in "Hathor"

What makes Teryl special to you?: The way she acts, it is so emotional.
