"Colonel Jonathan 'Jack' O'Neill"
The commanding officer of the SG-1 team
Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Richard's first career goal was
to become a professional hockey player. However, after breaking both arms in separate collisions on the ice, he decided to
seek other career options. As the son of a jazz musician father and contemporary artist mother, his interests naturally turned
to the humanities.
Richard is internationally known for his title role in the television
series MacGyver, which ran for seven successful seasons.

Christopher Judge
"Teal'c"
A wise alien whose species is known as "Jaffa." The Jaffa carry infant
symbiotes or larval forms of the Goa'uld. These symbiotes guarantee its host immunity to disease.
Once a member of Jaffa's notorious Serpent Guards, Teal'c left his family and
culture behind when he joined the SG-1 team. His primary reason for joining the team is to defeat the Goa'uld and to
set right some of his wrongs.
Chris seemed pre-destined to have a career in football after receiving
a football scholarship from the University of Oregon, however knew deep down he wanted to be an Actor.
He has had several guest starring appearances on such television comedies as
Martin, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Lush Life and The Jamie Foxx Show. His other television credits include
Francis Ford Coppola's First Wave, Freedom, The Burning Zone, Wise Guy, 21 Jump Street, MacGyver and Gabriel's Fire.
He also appeared as a series regular on Sirens, as well as providing the voice for the
animated series Action Man, Book of Virtues and X-Men.

Amanda Tapping
"Major Samantha 'Sam' Carter"
Is the intelligent and beautiful Air Force Major/Astro-physics genius.
She has become an expert on gate technology of the last few Seasons.
Amanda was born in Rochford, England and raised in Toronto, Canada with
her three brothers.
She has guest starred on such television series as The X-Files,
Due South, Forever Knight, Kung-Fu: The Legend Continues, The Newsroom,
Millennium and The Outer Limits.

Michael Shanks
"Dr. Daniel Jackson"
A scientist instrumental to the SG-1 team because of his vast knowledge of
past ancient civilizations and mythology. After having ascended to a higher plane of existence in a previous episode, Daniel
returns in the dramatic season 7 premiere "Fallen".
Michael was born in Vancouver and raised in Kamloops, British Columbia.
He discovered acting while studying business at the University of British Columbia. Needing a few arts credits to earn his
degree, Michael decided to take several acting classess. It was at this point Michael realized he had indeed found his
true passion in acting.
Michael appeared in stage productions of Amadeus, Macbeth, The Merry
Wives of Windsor, King Lear and The Merchant of Venice. His other theater credits include Love of the Nightingale,
Translations, Wait Until Dark and Loves Labors Lost.
Michael has guest starred in a number of television series, including
Andromeda, The Outer Limits, Highlander, The Commish, University Hospital and the Canadian
series Madison.
